Kris LaGrange
Lead Consultant

“I was born and raised in Syracuse, NY. After getting my bachelors at SUNY Brockport, I headed downstate to begin my career in public service. While getting my Masters and during my work experiences, I realized that talent often left working people and their causes for bigger money in Corporate America.

While working in the state and county government and positions I held within political parties and labor unions, I decided to offer my talents exclusively to the organizations that needed me most. My resume shows in detail the various levels of government I have worked in, but what it lacks to truly show is the impact I was able to make advocating for the good guy."

When I'm not devoting my time to my clients, I love spending time with my family. Hockey has been a passion of mine since I was a kid.

Some of my hobbies include, surfing, going to concerts, and photography (that is when Kris doesn't have my camera). I also really like my job, so learning new tricks is always fun.

“As a life- long union member, I had to share myself and my talents with organized labor and my family. Over the years I’ve gotten to work with both Kris and Ryan and we run our operations like clockwork. Often I’m the guy who gets the shot and I role up my sleeves when need be.

Understanding both the leadership and the rank and file, I know how to frame for both internal and external communications. They always say..”Don’t take my picture, but if you do get the good side”... I love this work!”

In addition to taking that perfect shot for UCOMM Clients, I enjoy artistic photography, landscapes, scenery and the occasional sports shot.
